This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the UniFLOW Smart Client from your online portal, enabling you or another user to print securely to the designated print queue.

First, navigate to your UniFLOW Online login page at https://<tenant>.uk.uniflowonline.com as shown in the image below:

After logging in, you will see a page similar to the one shown below, You can click "Start Printing":

On the far-right side of the webpage, locate and click 'Download Windows Print Drivers' to begin downloading the Smart Client:

Here you will need to Follow these steps:

1. Run the Installer:

Double-click the downloaded installer file to launch the installation wizard.

If prompted, confirm that you want to allow the program to make changes to your computer.

2. Complete the Installation:

Wait for the installation process to complete.

Restart your computer if prompted.

3. Launch the UniFLOW Smart Client.

Note: Administrator credentials may be required to install these print drivers.

Once launched, follow the login process as you would for the UniFLOW Online portal (At the top of this Guide). This will log you into the Smart Client.

When printing, make sure to select the Secure Print queue, as demonstrated in the image below:
