This guide will run your through how to access the ‘Workflow Manual Intervention %’ report which showcases how many document have been processed into the system as well as how many where automatically processed in comparison to how many required manual intervention.
When in Therefore Navigator, make sure you are in the Reports
section (located at the bottom left of the application):
Inside the Navigation pane, you should see a Report called ‘Workflow Manual Intervention %’. Right click on the report and select ‘Create Ad-hoc Report’:
This will show you, at a top level, how many document have been processed between a set date range and a percentage showing how many of those documents have been processed automatically without need for manual intervention:
Firstly, the report must be run before you can change the date range, please follow the above steps under the ‘Running the report’ section to locate and run the report before continuing.
Following this, at the top of your screen, under the reports tab select the button called ‘Report Parameters’:
Clicking this button will then present you with the ‘Range Start’
and ‘Range End’ drop downs, please type, or select a date from the drop down to
suit your needs:
Once done, if you click the ‘OK’ button, the report will be re-ran using the new dates defined:
To gain a more in-depth view of bottle necks and patterns, you can export the report into an excel spreadsheet. This will allow you to create pivot tables based off the documents processed between those dates.

Following this at the top of your screen, under the reports tab, selecting the ‘Export Report’ button will drop down a selection of files which the report can be exported into. Please select the ‘excel’ option:
This will the cause the system to prompt you to save the file and name it. Please do this in an appropriate location of your choice:
Open this document to display the results shown. From here you can create pivot tables and run your own analysis on the data:
