Logging into the device
Open a web browser and enter the IP address of the copier in question
Login into the device with one of the below credentials – working set may vary
Adding an E-mail Address
Once logged in, select ‘Address Book’ down the right-hand side
Select the relevant address list (‘Address List 1 – 10’)
Please note, do not select ‘User Group Address List’
Select ‘Register New Destination’
Ensure the type is set to ‘E-Mail’
If not, drop down the list, ‘select E-Mail’ and then ‘Set’
Enter a name for the record and the email address to be used
Click ‘OK’ at the top right of this page
You have now registered an E-mail address on the copier
Removing an E-mail Address
Follow the previous steps to open up a specified Address List
Select the circle on the left-hand side of the specified address
Select ‘Delete Destinations’ across the top of this page and confirm the pop-up
You have now deleted the specified email address from the Address List
