Auto Gradation Guide


To perform an auto gradation on your Canon device:


  1. Press the “STAR HEAD” / Additional functions on the RHS of the keyboard above the 123 button
  2. Adjustment/Maintenance
  3. Adjust Image Quality
  4. Auto Correct Colour Mismatch
  5. Start.  Wait a minute for the copier to adjust.
  6. Auto Adjust Gradation
  7. Choose the paper type (A4)
  8. Full Adjust
  9. OK
  10. Start Printing and follow the on screen prompts. It will printout 3 or 4 sheets depending on the model.
  11. Auto Correct Colour Tone
  12. Start Correcting
  13. Follow the on screen prompts to print and scan one sheet.
