Creating a user manually in UniFLOW Online

This guide will demonstrate how to add a new user your UniFLOW Online tenant. You will require access to the User tab in the tenant to carry out the below instructions. 

Your account will require the privileged role "Administrator" or "User Admin" within the UniFLOW Online tenant in order to action these instructions.

Creating a user:

Accessing Uniflow online portal:

1. Navigate to <yourtenantname>.eu.uniflowonline.com in your browser.
   
2. Login in via the on-screen buttons or email address option.

If successfully logged in, you will need to select User tab to see all user accounts in the tenant.

Select Add User > Create user manually and populate the on-screen fields.

PLEASE NOTE: The fields highlight are mandatory for the account to be created. Any additional fields are optional but will help with user management.

Once all the information is entered and "Next" is selected, the user-creation wizard will configure the user:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. PIN-code and Card Registration Codes will be sent to the "notification" email. Administrators will not be able to view the user PIN-code.
