Adding a New Stamp in Therefore (Solution Designer)

Adding a New Stamp to Therefore

This guide will show you how to create a new stamp in the Therefore Solution Designer for all users to use. You will need the Therefore Solution Designer on your PC and the relevant permissions to access the Stamps section - this is something your IT or IT@Spectrum will be able to sort for you.

The Process

  1. Open the Therefore solution designer with an account with relevant permissions


  1. Navigate to the Stamps section in the Solution Designer
    1. You may have fewer options in here depending on your permissions


  1. Right-click the "Stamps" section and select "New Stamp..."


  1. Enter the information for your stamp and also select the image by pressing the three dots
    1. The name of your stamp is the name of the file you have selected


  1. Once you've selected your file and given this a name, press OK.
  2. You will now see the new stamp in the list


  1. To ensure this has applied, open a document in the Therefore Navigator
  2. Select the "Annotate" tab and then "Stamp". You should now see your new stamp in the list.


  1. When applying a stamp, you will need to check out the document in order to make changes
    1. You will be prompted to do this when applying the stamp
